- Availablilty:
Prior to booking it is advisable to check availability by telephoning 01314411259 or 01688302077 or by emailing: oakfieldcottage@mail.com. Then confirm the booking in writing by first class post.
- Reservations:
A reservation can only be confirmed once the completed reservation form and deposit have been received. All reservations are acknowledged in writing.
- Deposit:
A deposit of £ 50 per week is payable at the time of reservation. In the event of cancellation the whole deposit would be forfeited. If in addition the property is not re-let the hirer will be required to pay the full fee. (It is strongly advised that travel insurance, which covers costs associated with cancellation, is taken out at the time of booking.)
- Balance of payment:
The balance of payment is due four full weeks prior to the arrival date.
- Party Numbers:
The property will be let only to the number of people stated on the booking form. The hirer will not invite others to make use of the accomodation and the facilities associated with it.
- Arrival/departure:
The property will be available from 3 p.m on the day of arrival and should be vacated by 10:00 a.m. on the day of departure. This is to allow for cleaning between lets.
- Cleaning:
The property will be thoroughly cleaned prior to the start of each let and it should be left in a clean and tidy condition.
- Pets:
No pets are allowed in the property and/or the grounds.
- Loss/Damage:
the proprietor accepts no responsibility for loss or damage to personal possessions or personal accident other than that resulting from the proprietors negligence. The proprietor should be compensated for any damage or breakages which may occur (fair wear and tear accepted).
